Set in Motion provides fun and movement building after school programs. Build balance & strength, body coordination, and boost your overall sports competency... all while having fun!
Class is 1 hour long and we work on new skills every week, as well as expand on moves we have learned in previous weeks. Class consists of movements such as vaulting, jumping, spins, handstands, rolls, how to fall, push ups and so much more.
Price is by semester. If you would rather purchase with two separate payments, please contact Coach Roland.
