After School Programs
Set in Motion provides fun and movement centered after school programs. Build balance & strength, body coordination, and boost your overall sports competency... all while having fun!
Classes are 1 hour long and work on new skills every week, as well as expand on moves that your keiki have learned in previous weeks. Classes consist of movements such as vaulting, jumping, spins, handstands, rolls, how to fall, strength training and so much more.
