After School Programs

Set in Motion provides fun and movement centered after school programs for select schools. Our goal with these programs is to inspire kids to be able to move their bodies with more control, strength, and confidence. Our belief is that when you can use your body better, you can have more fun in all aspects of life!

After School Programs are typically 13 sessions per semester and are for students that attend the school where the program is held. Classes include a variety of skills that progress to more challenging movements as students become more skilled. Students who have taken our program before are always challenged to explore their movement further and with more difficult challenges.

  • Behavior Expectations
All campers must be able to follow verbal instructions and implement the established code of conduct expressed to campers by his/her coach on opening day. Any camper behavior showing disrespect or disobedience to these guidelines will result in an appropriate discipline, usually a verbal correction and if not improved, removal from the activity. The coach will be the first individual to respond to camper behavior problems. If a camper continues negative behavior, the camp director will be notified and parents will receive a text or email after the camp director speaks with the camper. The camp will contact you only if your child is unwilling to change his/her behavior, shows a pattern of disobedience, exhibits violent, disruptive behavior, or is assaulting (i.e. physically or verbally) other campers. Campers who assault other campers will be dismissed from camp programs with no refund.
