Central O'ahu Parkour Class (10AM)

Service Description

Class will be held at Central O'ahu Regional Park at parking lot #2. Here is a google maps link to the location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/1Gs1DbJz9GRAxWaR9 Class will be paid in person in cash, check, or to our business venmo @setinmotion Parkour classes are a unique activity to improve strength, balance, and coordination. Classes are 1 hour long and work on different skills every week, as well as expand on moves we have learned in previous weeks. Class consists of movements such as vaulting, jumping, spins, handstands, rolls, how to fall, strength training and so much more. This class is for all levels. All students will learn or practice similar moves, but coaches always have ways to make a skill more challenging for more advanced students. Please make sure students wear comfortable work out clothes and closed-toe shoes (preferably with laces and rubber bottoms). We look forward to making strength and coordination improvements with your keiki!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please login to your account to change the booking at least 8 hours in advance. We cannot refund a session without at least 8 hours notice.
