Service Description

This class will only run if a minimum of 5 students register. This class will be taught by Lead Coach Liam with Coach Roland assisting. Your child cannot wait on campus for this class. They must be attending an activity until 4pm, or picked up from school and dropped off again for this class. Registering for this class is a commitment to the whole semester and payment will be made on the first day of class by check (to Set In Motion LLC) or venmo to @setinmotion. If you withdraw from this class you are responsible for filling the spot to receive 100% tuition refunded, or 50% tuition cost refunded if the spot is not filled. Parkour classes are a unique activity to improve strength, balance, and coordination. Learn to use childhood energy and creativity to improve your understanding of your body coordination and the world around you! Classes are 1 hour long and work on different skills every week, as well as expand on moves we have learned in previous weeks. Class consists of movements such as vaulting, jumping, spins, handstands, rolls, how to fall, strength training and so much more. This class is for all levels. All students will learn or practice similar moves. Coaches always have techniques to make a skill more challenging for more advanced students. In light rain, class will continue to run on schedule. For heavy rainy days, make-up classes will be available. Please make sure students wear comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and sunscreen or a hat. We look forward to making strength and coordination improvements with your keiki!

To cancel or reschedule, please login to your account to change the booking at least 8 hours in advance. We cannot refund a session without at least 8 hours notice.
