Service Description

This course will be run by Coach Roland! Payment will be made by check to Set In Motion LLC or by venmo @setinmotion on the first day of class. Parkour classes are a unique activity to improve strength, balance and coordination. Classes are 1 hour long and work on different skills every week, as well as expand on moves we have learned in previous weeks. Class consists of movements such as vaulting, jumping, spins, handstands, rolls, how to fall, push ups and so much more. This class is for all levels. All students will learn or practice similar moves, but coaches always have ways to make a skill more challenging for more advanced students. Class will be held at Petrie Park, across the street from Waialae. Please make sure students wear comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and sunscreen or a hat. We look forward to making strength and coordination improvements with your keiki!
