Events can be for a company gathering, group of families, or school event where participants are looking to improve their athletic abilities and teamwork skills. Birthdays & Events are typically run as a 1 hour class and obstacle course. Another option is a 1.5 hour class (one hour class + obstacle course racing and free time with coach supervision). Any extra half hour is charged at 35% of the total cost of the first hour. Please see prices, add-ons, and policies below ↓ Prices: 6 or less participants: $275/hr + tax One coach will be present 7-12 participants: $375/hr + tax Two coaches will be present 13-20 participants: $475/hr + tax Three coaches will be present For events larger than 20 participants, please contact us. Policies: Birthdays or Events with a majority of participants under 6 years old may have a $50 extra coach fee apply, depending on the party size. Location of the class is up to the client. Most public parks are a good option. Permits are sometimes required for large group events (ex. 20+ people). Any location out of town will have a travel fee apply. A basic guide to travel fees are (subject to change): Kailua/Kaneohe/Hawaii Kai/Aiea +$25, Kapolei/Wahiawa/Kualoa +$75, Waianae/North Shore +$125. Number of participants will be agreed upon one week before the event. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at that time. The remaining 50% is paid after the event is completed. Rain Policy: We will continue parkour classes in light rain. Class will be adapted to small weather changes. If there is too much rain to run a class on an agreed upon date, the event can be rescheduled within one month of the original date.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please login to your account to change the booking at least 8 hours in advance. We cannot refund a session without at least 8 hours notice.
